3 - 5 pm — Check-in (Roers Hall)
4:30 pm — Special Screening of Radiating Joy: The Michelle Duppong Story (Butler Auditorium)
6 pm — Welcome Social & Dinner (Chick’s Place)
8 pm — Social & Pinochle Tournament (President’s Residence) Registration Required
Monday, July 29
(The Crow’s Nest is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 am - 10 pm.)
9 am (tee-off) — 9-Hole Golf Scramble, green fees will be paid by the University of Mary (Riverwood Golf Course). Registration Required
9 am - 12 pm — Cornhole, Pickleball, and/or Fitness Center (Fieldhouse)
9 am - 12 pm — Tour of the State Capitol and Heritage Center (612 E. Boulevard Ave)
12:30 pm — Mass, chasubles are provided, please bring alb; deacons are warmly invited to vest in choir and asked to please bring an alb and white stole (Our Lady of the Annunciation Chapel)
1:15 pm — Group Photo (Our Lady of the Annunciation Chapel)
1:30 pm — Lunch and Roundtable Discussion on The Religion of the Day with Monsignor Shea (Harold Schafer Leadership Center Boardroom)
3 pm — Conclusion of Summerfest and Check-out
While programming concludes at 3 pm, all are welcome to enjoy an additional evening of fellowship and rest at the University. Dinner and breakfast will be available in The Crow’s Nest.
