The tuition-free Elementary Education Academy is an innovative investment in a field critical to the prospering of our communities. If chosen as an Elementary Education Academy scholar, you will:

• Earn your Bachelor's and Master's Degree – and become a licensed teacher – all in 5 Years!
  Academy students will complete their bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2.6 years, begin teaching, and then go on to earn their master's degree in education through a specially-curated degree plan as part of the Elementary Education Academy. What’s more, the University has identified school partners willing to cover the full cost of an MEd for selected graduates of this program. That would be a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Education, completed in 5 years, all tuition-free! 
• Tour Europe
  As an integral part of the Elementary Education Academy, students will take a study pilgrimage to Europe, exploring the deep heritage of the teaching profession. The journey includes visits to Italy, Germany, and France, spending time at our Rome campus, taking in the vibrant sights of Munich, and experiencing the breathtaking mountain village of Lourdes. This pilgrimage is one of several curated experiences designed for personal and spiritual transformation within the Academy. These experiences (lodging, meals, etc.) are entirely funded by donors. Students are responsible only for some personal meals, incidental expenses, and a prorated fee to help defray some of the costs of getting there and back, like airfare.
• Receive Direct Admission to Graduate School
  Elementary Education Academy students seamlessly transition from their bachelor’s degree into a master’s program, allowing them to dive even deeper into teaching and instruction while launching their teaching career.

  Elementary Education Academy students will work directly with current teachers in their classrooms while they learn what it takes to truly educate a child. Because teachers are in such high demand, many schools and school districts are offering signing bonuses and generous tuition assistance for graduate programs.
