Located on the southside of campus in the Benedictine Center, Marauders Cove is a full-service Caribou Coffee shop and convenient place to pick up breakfast, lunch, or snacks. The space offers tables and booths for students and staff to enjoy a snack, study, or hold meetings. Just outside the door is an outdoor patio with additional seating and a great place to enjoy the days of beautiful weather on campus.
As a tribute to a North Dakota favorite, Marauders Cove serves its signature caramel
roll. Best when served warm, the caramel roll is a sweet and delicious addition to
any day.
