About Me

I currently work full time for the State of North Dakota and as an adjunct professor for the University of Mary. In addition, I am the Community Clinical Coordinator for NDDoH. My full-time position coordinates diabetes, hypertension, and oral health programs throughout the state and oversees the development and completion of the North Dakota Alzheimer’s Strategic Plan. I love to learn and would consider myself a lifelong learner. Public and population health presents many opportunities to grow continuously. I enjoy teaching at Mary, especially on topics related to population health for the potential to grow and expand knowledge related to population health.

Why I’m At Mary

University of Mary presents many growth opportunities. Having a growth mindset allows one to take in information and grow as an individual. Teaching has not only allowed me to gain experience in this area, but it has also allowed me to learn different perspectives from students.
