Mark Martin
About Me
I am originally from the Minneapolis and St. Paul Minnesota metro area. I have coached for 27 years. My first five years of coaching were at the high school level. I have helped take three different programs from consistent losing programs, into consistent winning programs.
The college programs I have been at are; St Cloud State, University of Jamestown, and Northern State. I love helping to build programs up, by investing in student athletes and their futures. I enjoy all aspects of the the job; teaching, mentoring, recruiting, etc.
Why I’m At MaryI believe in the vision of the University and the athletic department. I have always felt UMary can be a D2 power house in football. This is do to the level of education it provides to its students, the commitment to athletics, and all the community of Bismarck provides. I also, enjoy working for a faithibased university.
Expertise
I have been an offensive coach for 27 years and have coached all of the offensive positions. I also bring 15 years of play calling experience and 22 years of recruiting quality student-athletes.
