About Me

With two decades of experience in higher education, I have found my vocation in helping students discover their purpose, develop their leadership potential, and make meaningful contributions to their professions and communities. Prior to entering higher education, I spent 10 years on the management team with FedEx Ground, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, strategic planning, process improvement, and team development. Since beginning my career in higher education in 2006, I have served in a variety of leadership roles including Director of Campus Operations, Director of Admissions, Director of Recruitment and Data, and Assistant Campus Director. These experiences have deepened my commitment to student success, organizational leadership, and team development. I believe education has the power to transform lives, and I am passionate about creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences that inspire students to learn, lead, and serve. Whether supporting future educators, emerging leaders, or graduate students, my greatest fulfillment comes from helping individuals recognize their strengths, embrace their calling, and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Why I’m At Mary

I found my vocation in higher education because of its power to transform lives. While I was drawn to this work by the hope of making a difference for students, I have discovered that my life has been equally enriched by the students, colleagues, and school partners I have had the privilege to serve. I believe deeply in the University of Mary's mission and am grateful to work in a community dedicated to leadership, service, and helping others discover their purpose.
