About Me

I have been part of higher education since 2011. Prior to that, I worked in both public and private accounting. My professional background helps me connect real-world practice with academic concepts in the classroom. My husband Scott and I have three children. Outside of work, we enjoy attending our children’s events and sporting activities. As a family, we also love traveling and spending time outdoors together.

Why I’m At Mary

I was drawn to the University of Mary because of its commitment to educating servant leaders. I find purpose in contributing to student success in a learning environment that emphasizes community, integrity, and the development of the whole person.

Expertise

I have 16 years of accounting experience in both public and private sectors in North Dakota and Minnesota. I have been teaching accounting at the University level since 2011.
