About Me

At the University of Mary, I am an instructor and clinical educator in the communication sciences and disorders and speech-language pathology programs. I enjoy collaborating with students and colleagues by listening, brainstorming, and being solution-focused with the goal of meaningful and functional outcomes.

I am married to my husband, Craig. Together, we have two children, Madeline and Magnum. We enjoy spending time together as a family and supporting our kids in their activities.

Why I’m At Mary

I value the emphasis the University of Mary has on faith and service as it builds knowledgeable and career-ready leaders.

Expertise

My clinical interests are narrative language and literacy. I also have a strong interest in researching evidence-based practices and dynamic assessments. I have clinical experience in pediatrics to geriatrics and have worked in private practice, hospital, home health care, and educational settings.
