About Me

I take a collaborative approach to assist students in achieving their academic goals. The University of Mary's holistic approach to higher education compliments my personal ethics and educational philosophy in supporting students both academically and spiritually. I aim for students to graduate with a passion for lifelong learning and patient care.

Why I’m At Mary

The University of Mary's mission, vision, and values challenge and support me to develop my full potential. The Benedictine values are felt the moment you walk through the door, creating an atmosphere of peace, safety, and comfort. Interacting with students as they navigate higher education continues to fuel my professional passion.

Expertise

In 2010, my career began as a bedside nurse on a medical-surgical unit at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, North Dakota. In 2012, I was granted the opportunity to work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the University of Mary, where I began teaching full-time in 2013.
