About Me

Originally from the West Coast, I built my library career across public, academic, and special collections/archives. Including three years at the EERC/University of North Dakota while completing my BA. I went on to earn my MLIS from Wayne State University and interned at the North Dakota State Museum's state archives before joining the University of Mary as reference librarian. Outside of work, I stay busy with my 'old lady' and adopted 14-year-old German Shepherd, Cedar, enjoying time with loved ones, historical biographies, and cozy video games.

Why I’m At Mary

University of Mary is unique in that it offers students and faculty the type of spiritual and educational way of life that is wonderful and something that I was very lucky to find outside other institutions. I'm super blessed and excited to support and promote research and information literacy for both students and faculty.

Expertise

My professional background spans Reference & Research Services, Archives & Special Collections, Information Literacy, Academic Library Services, Historical Research, and Research & Development Support.
