About Me

I graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2022 and continued my education to earn a family nurse practitioner post-master’s certificate in 2024. Most of my nursing experience has been in acute pediatric care at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where I had the opportunity to educate new staff members in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. During this time, my passion for teaching and mentoring new nurses truly emerged. After relocating to Bismarck, ND, I was blessed with the opportunity to join the University of Mary community to help educate future generations of nurses. I am deeply grateful to teach nursing with Christ at the center of my practice and instruction.

Why I’m At Mary

Working at the University of Mary has allowed me to live out my faith while serving the next generation of nurses. I hope my students come to see that this profession is more than just a career, it is a calling to serve others. By striving to emulate Christ in our practice, we are able to provide compassionate, holistic care to the most vulnerable populations.
