About Me

I am fascinated by the process of technical storytelling. I have spent over 10 years as a professional in the corporate media industry, creating video for external and internal use. Most recently I was at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where I filmed multiple product videos and created advanced animations for simple videos on the Lowe’s website. In my spare time I enjoy playing with and watching the antics of my two sons: Daniel and Caleb.

Why I’m At Mary

I am answering God’s call to pass my knowledge onto the next generation of media professionals and show them that there is light in a dark industry.

Expertise

I teach the technical aspects of photography, cinematography, video and photo editing, film studies, and narrative structure. One thing I try to impart to my students is everything is a story, inspired by the first and best storyteller: God Himself.
