About Me
I was born and raised in Bismarck, where I still call home. I am married to my husband, Jeremy, and together we have two amazing children. As a family, we love watching our kids in their many activities and making the most of North Dakota summers at the lake. I enjoy volunteering in the Bismarck community through Meals on Wheels, teaching Faith Formation at our parish, and participating in service opportunities through the University of Mary's Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing chapter
Why I’m At MaryHelping students grow on their journey to becoming a nurse is incredibly rewarding. I feel fortunate to be part of the University of Mary community that truly supports students in becoming competent, ethical, and caring members of not only the healthcare team but our community.
Expertise
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MedCenter One College of Nursing in 2010, I began my rewarding career as a Registered Nurse. Throughout my career, I have earned several professional certifications, including NIH Stroke Certification, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). I completed my Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of Mary in April 2024. At the University of Mary, I currently serve as a co-advisor for the Nursing Student Association and am an active board member of the Kappa Upsilon Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
