About Me

I grew up on a small farm in Clearwater, MN. In high school, I experienced a profound conversion to the Catholic faith and also had a unique opportunity to travel to Rome and other parts of Europe. As a young man, these experiences revealed to me how big the world truly was and showed me a glimpse of my true and ultimate purpose. Seeking that end ultimately led me to the University of Mary, the Catholic studies program, and my current career. I graduated in 2021 with my undergrad and earned my Master of Arts in Catholic Studies in the Spring of 2023. I have served as the residence director for Boniface West Hall, and I now serve as the Director of Residence Life. I enjoy motorcycling, filmmaking, travel, and reading.

Why I’m At Mary

I am at Mary because of our mission. The University of Mary sees its highest end as the care and perfection of souls. In other words, to form young men and women to know who they really are, who God is, and what it means to be happy. Along the way you will also receive a great education, and if you let it, the University of Mary will show you what it really means to be fully alive in Christ.
