Bring Your Intentions to Our Grotto

For nearly two millennia, the faithful have brought their prayers and petitions to Mary, the Mother of God. As the patroness of the University of Mary, students, faculty, and community members bring their prayers to Our Lady at the grotto. We now offer to you, our friends who live a distance away from the University, the opportunity to light a candle for your intentions.

Candles — arranged in three rows inside the curved, cave structure of the grotto — are lit by the Knights of Columbus, who pray a daily rosary for these intentions at the grotto. Candles may be lit for any special intention or in dedication to a friend or loved one.
