International Week 2018

International Week is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.

Study Abroad Fair
Learn about all our Study Abroad programs!

Etiquette Dinner
Learn proper dining etiquette while in a job search interview or networking. Learn what fork to use, when to unfold your napkin, what topics to discuss, what questions to ask, and other things while enjoying a three course meal.

World Cup Soccer Game
All students are welcome to come play!

Names Around the Globe
Learn how to write your name in languages from around the world.
11am - 2pm, Atrium

Passport Drive
A passport officer from the USPS will be on campus.  Come get your passport to travel the world!
11am - 3pm, Student Involvement Center

Requirements for Passport

  1. Proof of identity document and a photocopy
  2. Proof of U.S. Citizenship document and a photocopy
  3. Passport Photo (you can have your photo taken that day)
  4. Application Fee - checks only

The Spring 2018 Rome students are cooking for this week's Catholic Studies Community Night at the Catholic Studies House. Come and share in some Italian cuisine and hear about their adventures abroad.

To celebrate International Education Week, we will highlight global education experiences from members of our University of Mary community. Engage with a dynamic panel of international students and professors, and study abroad students who will share their unique global perspective.
