Research and Teaching Interests
Throughout my teaching career my interest and research has consistently and primarily focused on the Bible. I have a strong interest in Church History and Catholic Morality as well. I have also been involved in parish and community ministry much of my adult life.
I am a native of North Dakota. My wife, Lenora, and I have five children scattered around the country. They have given us five grandchildren and we also have two foster grandchildren. I have been a lifelong learner who enjoys bicycling, gardening, photography and spending time with family and friends. I began teaching in 1971 and joined the UMary faculty in 1984.
