Each hall has a Residence Director (RD) living in the building. The RDs are professionally educated and trained to work in a residence hall to support college students. They are a great resource if you having any problems and they guide and supervise the Resident Assistants.
Resident Assistants are current students who are selected to be mentors and resources in the halls. They serve as "the first line of defense" in some ways. They will be the first to respond to concerns in the hall, serve as mentors to the residents, plan events and programs, and help students adjust to college life and classes Residence Director of Boniface Hall

Anne Marie is returning to the University of Mary and to Boniface and Boniface Riverview halls (and the newly added St. Joseph’s Hall!) after taking two years away from U Mary to work on her master's degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education at Indiana State University. Prior to arriving to Mary the first time, Anne Marie graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Wells College, where as an undergraduate she was a member of residence life, on the tennis team, and on the board for Student Athletic Advising Committee.
Anne Marie grew up as a "military brat" and had the opportunity to live in several states and overseas. These experiences sparked an interest in traveling overseas more in the future. Her favorite part of being an RD is getting to know the residents and watching or helping them achieve academic and personal goals. In her free time she enjoys watching movies (of which she has an extensive collection), hanging out with the Sisters, reading, and scrapbooking. |
