2010 Marauders Girls Jamboree Team Camp and Competition Camp Brochure


MARAUDERS JAMBOREE TEAM CAMP

*Limited to 1st 52 Teams (Team Camp has been full every year)

Marauders team camp has quickly grown to one of the largest in the upper mid-west. With large and small school varsity divisions, it makes for a competitive day of basketball. Each team is guaranteed three games with certified high school officials. Registration is limited to the first 52 teams. This camp fills fast, so get your team or teams registered.

Commuter (lunch & dinner): $185
*Will van commuters from Wachter Middle School

Competition camp has been designed for the committed basketball player wanting to improve her skills during the summer. Players will be introduced to the University of Mary system and philosophies of the game. Emphasis will be placed on developing advanced skills according to position both offensively and defensively. In addition, players are grouped according to age/skill level and compete on teams in order to apply individual skills to team concepts.

Camp Location
The Marauders Girls Basketball Camps will be held on the beautiful campus of the University of Mary in Bismarck. Facilities include the McDowell Activity Center and the Leach Field House. These facilities have a combined five basketball courts. Basketball resident campers will be housed in campus residence halls and all campers will be fed in our dining halls.

What to Bring to Camp
The University of Mary DOES NOT provide linens or towels for campers. Therefore, overnight campers should pack all necessities for overnight stay in the dorms. T-shirt, shorts, socks, basketball shoes, extra pair of shoes/sandals, undergarments, towels, linens, bedding and toiletries are all necessary for overnight campers. We will have a swimming night, so bring your swimming suit!
