6. The Emerging Leaders Academy in Education will develop future leaders who demonstrate the ability to recognize and define problems, analyze data, develop and implement solutions, and evaluate outcomes.

7. The Emerging Leaders Academy in Education will develop future Education leaders who recognize the need for change and lead self and others through organizational change.
8. The Emerging Leaders Academy in Education will develop future leaders who exhibit an awareness to the creation and management of change in the education profession, its products, systems or methods of service.
9. The Emerging Leaders Academy in Education will develop future leaders who can continually evaluate the effects of personal choices and actions on others and actively seek out opportunities to grow professionally.
