The University of Mary continues to receive national attention for its many programs that provide students the opportunity to live through Christ's mission of serving others - not only in the United States, but also in foreign and underdeveloped countries.

Most recently, Our Sunday Visitor, the best-selling national Catholic newsweekly, featured Mary health care students who actively take part in the university's Service Oriented Learning Experience (SOLE) program. Each year students in nursing, occupational therapy and physical therapy participate in numerous service learning projects locally, regionally and internationally.
