The University of Mary seeks a director of theater with who can teach in a field related to speech, art, literature, or theater. Currently, the University hosts one large and one small play each year, a musical every third year, and smaller productions throughout the academic year. We are seeking an individual dedicated to building on our long-standing traditions, who can take the university into our next phase as we implement our 2030 strategic vision for a faithfully Christian, joyfully Catholic, and gratefully Benedictine university.
Qualifications require a minimum of a master’s degree in speech, art, literature, or theater, with experience and training in theater directing and production. Candidate must be enthusiastic for teaching and demonstrate support for the Christian, Catholic, and Benedictine identity of the University of Mary.
