One of the most successful programs in school history, the University of Mary has posted 16 winning seasons and six conference titles in the 23 years the program has existed. The Marauders also have 10 playoff appearances, advancing to the semifinal round twice. Playing in one of the most competitive conferences in the country, the national champion has come out of the Northern Sun two times in the four years the Marauders have competed in the league. U-Mary plays at the Bismarck Community Bowl, which overlooks the Missouri River and is the largest stadium in the conference.
