![]() University Of Mary Presents More Than 1,000 Degrees To Largest-Ever Graduating Class At 51st Commencement On Saturday, April 30, the University of Mary recognized 990 graduates with a total of 1,001 degrees, at its 2011 commencement. The ceremony at the Bismarck Civic Center celebrated the largest graduating class in the university's history and the first time that the number of degrees awarded in a given year has reached the 1,000 mark. Degrees were awarded at the baccalaureate, master's and doctoral levels, in 39 undergraduate majors and 22 post-graduate areas. And an honorary doctoral degree was conferred on Martin White, a leader in the world of commerce, known internationally for his commitment to and exemplification of ethical business practices. June & July Marauders Girls Basketball Camps Will Give Junior High & High School Athletes A Chance To Learn From The Best A trio of upcoming University of Mary basketball camps will provide girls in grades seven through 12 a unique opportunity to improve individual and team skills. In the June Shooters Camp and the July Marauders Jamboree Team Camp and Competition Camp (with residential option), teen athletes will learn Marauders "winning ways" from U-Mary's acclaimed coaching staff.
