Building on the success of the Harold Schafer Leadership Center, services continue to expand and evolve. They include the development of:

• Mentorship teams in Bismarck and Fargo
• A statewide "Schafer Center Network"
• Expanded training opportunities for corporations and organizations

The university also continues to strengthen and broaden the scope and efforts of the Emerging Leaders Academy

The university places the highest emphasis on developing the Emerging Leaders Academy into one of the nation's premiere leadership programs for the best and the brightest students in the upper Midwest.
