Located in the Butler Center for Lifelong Learning on 505 South Seventh Street, the Bismarck downtown campus serves the Bismarck area, Belcourt, and western North Dakota. The Butler Center is named in honor of Francis and Doris Butler, founders of Butler Machinery, Fargo, by their sons Matt, David, and Greg Butler. It houses the Bismarck Center evening classes, other special program offerings, and an office for the Centers for Accelerated and Distance Education. The center has eight classrooms, each with a seating capacity for 24-45 people with the flexibility for three larger spaces. Five of the classrooms have multimedia projectors and the building is wireless. It also serves as the University's information center within Bismarck.

I am the coordinator in Bismarck for the Centers for Accelerated and Distance Education at the University of Mary. I also advise undergraduate students in Bismarck and Belcourt. My education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education, a Master of Arts in Counseling Education and Educational Psychology all from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. I have been with the Centers for Accelerated and Distance Education for the past 12 years. Prior to joining the University I served as a high school counselor and teacher.
My strength for advising adult students through their degree completion comes naturally and honestly. When I watch my students graduate from the University of Mary I know I completed my job. I am here to serve you and make sure your educational experience is positive and exceptional.
