Originally from Detroit Lakes, Minnesota I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota. After seven years of military service and three years with Prudential Insurance Company in Newark, New Jersey, our family returned to North Dakota where I worked for an energy company for twenty years. I earned my master's degree from the University of Mary 2001 and facilitated in the accelerated adult learner programs before becoming an advisor in 2002.
I am married with two grown children and five grandchildren. I enjoy the outdoors, shooting, prairie sunsets, and two-wheeled transportation.
