Named after the third president (1965-1970) of the University of Mary, the Reverend Arno Gustin, O.S.B., a North Dakota native who was a member of St. John's Abbey, Collegeville, Minnesota, and former president of St. John's University, this 342-seat hall accommodates lectures, theater, and music performances. It adjoins the Harold J. Miller Center and Clairmont Center and is part of the original 1968 complex of campus buildings.
