The University of Mary Information Technology Department understands that computers and technology play a vital role in a student's academic life. Residential Hall Network (ResNet), My.Umary.Edu and U-Mary WebMail are just a few of the tools and resources the university offers students to help study course materials, submit assignments, and communicate with their instructors.

My.Umary.edu Umary WebMail
My.Umary.Edu is the University of Mary's official online informational portal. View class assignments, final grades, class schedules and syllabi, and campus and course announcements; chat with other students; check personal finances with the university; and register online.   U-Mary WebMail is intended for students to check their e-mail accounts daily to access assignments, class materials, bulletins, announcements, and overall university communications. Students can log in from any machine with Internet Explorer 5 or greater and Internet connection


Computer Labs
The University of Mary has several computer labs on campus that are open for student, faculty, and staff use.

Computer Labs Schedule
Check the lab schedules to see the hours available. Holiday hours are posted at the lab prior to the holiday.

"I Have a Computer ..."
University of Mary students are not required to bring a computer. However, for many students it is a convenience. 

"I Don't Have a Computer ..."
No computer? No problem. The University of Mary provides labs in all residence hall buildings.

Student E-Mail
After registration, all University of Mary students are assigned an e-mail address which is used to hand out assignments, communicate with instructors, receive announcements, receive overall campus communications and general information.

Internet Access
The University of Mary offers Internet access in all residence hall rooms at no additional charge. Students need only to have an ethernet card installed in their computers and network cable.

Protecting Your Computer
Viruses are a threat to the University of Mary's network. Students are required to have antivirus software installed on their computers in order to connect to the network. Sophos antivirus is offered to all resident hall students and faculty.

My.Umary.Edu
My.umary.edu is the University of Mary's official online informational portal. View class assignments, final grades, class schedules and syllabi, and campus and course announcements, chat with other students, check personal finances with the university, and register online.

Policies and Procedures
The University of Mary's network is a shared resource. Our policies and procedures define the University of Mary's guidelines and recommendations for using the campus network. IT reserves the right to restrict access to the network during expansion, or for diagnostic and maintenance services.
