
Each unit consists of three bedrooms, a full bath and a half bath, two vanities, a kitchen area and a living and dining room area. Each furnished University unit contains beds, mattresses, desks, bedroom chairs, chest of drawers, a table, a dining table, six dining chairs and some appliances.
Deichert Hall students may take a board contract if they wish. Roommates decide how they want to handle arrangements for meals. Some people share the cooking, each sharing the cost of community food. Other groups have each person be responsible for his/her own meals and the cost of food. The University pays all utilities; students will need to have a calling card to place long distance calls.
