Fees for 2007-2008

The fee information below was determined to be accurate at the time of publication and is presented here for information purposes only. Actual charges will be determined using the university's official schedule of fees at the date of service. All fees are subject to change without notice.

Fees for Student Residences

Fees are charged once each semester based on the university’s official occupancy designation (single, double, etc.) for each sleeping room. The university’s official designation does not change with actual occupancy (a double room does not become a single when a vacancy occurs). A student residing in a room with a vacancy who refuses to accept a new roommate will be assessed the full amount as if the room were fully occupied (for example, a student in a double room who refuses a new roommate will be assessed twice the double rate, not the single rate).

Deichert and Boyle Hall

Notes: 1) The decision to purchase a meal plan is optional for all residents of Deichert Hall and Boyle Hall; 2) student residences in each hall are three-bedroom suites with full kitchen and common living area. Charges are based on the occupancy of the suite. The normal occupancy of each suite is six. Students may request a suite with reduced occupancy however, the university reserves the right to consider all such requests on a case-by-case basis depending upon the total demand for on-campus accommodations. In all cases the minimum occupancy shall be no less than three; 3) eligibility for both Deichert and Boyle Halls is restricted to students who have completed a minimum of 24 credits and are in good standing with the university with regard to conduct.
