The fee information below was determined to be accurate at the time of publication and is presented here for information purposes only. Actual charges will be determined using the university's official schedule of fees at the date of service. All fees are subject to change without notice.
Fees for Student Residences
Fees are charged based on the university’s official occupancy designation (single, double, etc.) for each sleeping room. The university’s official designation does not change with actual occupancy (a double room does not become a single when a vacancy occurs). A student residing in a room with a vacancy who refuses to accept a new roommate will be assessed the full amount as if the room were fully occupied (for example, a student in a double room who refuses a new roommate will be assessed twice the double rate, not the single rate).
