  2008-2009 ResLife Sign-Up Dates for Current Students
    
For your application to be complete, you must submit: a) a
   completed ResLife Application; b) a completed Roommate Finder
   Questionnaire; c) a signed ResLife Agreement, and d) $100
   deposit (if you will not be rolling your deposit from the current year
   over) 


     
Tuesday, March 11, at Chick's Place 

        
10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Rising seniors and juniors

      10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Rising sophomores applying for placement in
                             in Deichert or Boyle Halls

     Thursday, March 13, at Chick's Place

 End of the Semester Move-Out Dates (Spring 2008)
    
    At the end of the semester, all students are required to observe
    the time to vacate their on-campus student residence as stipulated
    in the student's residence life agreement. 

Any student unable to meet his/her stipulated check-out time is responsible for submitting a request for an extension to the  director of student life no later than Friday, April 25.The university will consider the validity of all requests on a case-by-case basis. A $35/day fee will apply to all requests that are approved. A $100 late request fee will apply to all requests made after the Friday, April 25 deadline. A student who extends his/her stay on campus without the authorization of the director of student life will be subject to a $250 fine plus the $35 daily fee. A student who permits another individual to reside in his/her room without the authorization of the director of student is also subject to a $250 fine.  
 
    Stipulated times for students to vacate their on-campus student
    residences are as follows:

    1.  For most students, the stipulated check-out time is 24 hours
    after the student's last scheduled semester exam, no later
    than noon on Friday, May 2.

    2.  Graduating students who participate in the commencement
    ceremony as well as any other student with a formal role in the
    commencement ceremony is required to vacate his/her student
    residence no later than 6 p.m. on May 3, 2008.

    3. Students enrolled in May Term, those employed by the university
    during May Term, and those required to stay because of
    participation in a spring sport or other required co-curricular activity
    will receive information about May Term Housing from the director
    of Student Life.
