About Health PRO

University of Mary/Mid Dakota Clinic Health PRO

The purpose of Health PRO is to educate U-Mary students about a broad range of wellness and personal choice issues based upon Christian, Catholic and Benedictine values through innovative and creative presentations. The team provides information to University of Mary students on a broad range of wellness topics including health, mental health, safety and personal lifestyles choices. In contrast to the values emphasized by popular and secular culture, the Health PRO Team provides information within the context of the values of the University of Mary to enable students to make healthy and safe decisions, based on spiritual values in regard to the many choices that are most typical during the college experience. The team is jointly supervised by the Director of the Student Health Clinic and the Coordinator of Multicultural and Special Activities and consists of 10 student members.
