Main Campus Security Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the University publishes an annual security report for each of its campuses.
All students, prospective students, parents, faculty, and staff are encouraged to read the report for the campus with which they are affiliated. The reports contain valuable information important to personal safety and security including:
1. A description of the University's security and safety policies. 2. A three-year history of all Clery Act campus crimes (the Clery Act mandates categories of crimes to include in the report) reported to University officials or law enforcement officials. 3. Information about sexual assault including what to do if you are sexually assaulted, how to report a sexual assault and how the University will respond to a report of a sexual assault. 4. Information about where to find information about sex offenders in Bismarck-Mandan and in North Dakota. 5. Recommendations for personal safety and protecting your personal property.
