Mission:
Consistent with the University of Mary's Christian, Catholic, and Benedictine philosophy of education to develop the whole person, the U-Mary Intramural and Fitness Program exists to the serve the physical recreation and fitness needs of students.
Staff: Beth Bicknese is the coordinator of the intramural and fitness program. Bicknese holds a Bachelor of Science degree in recreation management with a therapeutic recreation emphasis and a wellness minor. She is passionate about helping others develop a healthy lifestyle with balance between work, play, and rest. You may contact her at (701) 355-8260.

Intramural Sports
The intramural program consists of a variety of organized leagues made up of mens, womens and coed teams. In 2007-2008, seasons are planned for the following sports: Flag Football Volleyball Floor Hockey 3 on 3 Basketball 5 on 5 Basketball Softball Racquet Ball
Recreational Sports and Activities
Through out the year, there are also a number of group recreational activities offered including: Dodge ball Ultimate Frisbee Black Light Volleyball Wallyball Fitness
Students interested in developing or maintaining a healthy well-balanced fitness routine in keeping with the Benedictine value of moderation are invited to contact Beth Bicknese at the Intramural and Fitness Program Office located inside the Leach Field House (355-8260).
