Brenda Kaspari is the director of the School of Accelerated and Distance Education, and directs all activities within the nontraditional adult programs. Kaspari received her undergraduate degree in communications as well as her master's degrees in communication and counseling and guidance from the University of North Dakota.
Kaspari has taught in the communication field for over 20 years at the University of Minnesota, North Dakota State University, and the University of Mary. In addition to her teaching career, she has also had an active consulting career and has worked with more than 300 clients consulting in the areas of communication, team-building, adult education, and change management. She originally taught on the main campus of the University of Mary and has been with the School of Accelerated and Distance Education since its inception in 1997.
Debra McGinty is the School of Accelerated and Distance Education Fargo-area coordinator, responsible for directing the activities of the Fargo Center and Grand Forks and Jamestown sites. She facilitates an online human resource management course for the University of Mary and previously facilitated various courses at the Fargo Center. She has a master's degree in management with a concentration in human resource management, and a Bachelor of Arts in organizational leadership with a theology minor. McGinty is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and MBTI® trainer/facilitator. Her previous work experience includes leadership and management positions, as well as more than 15 years in human resources. Her community involvement includes serving on the board of directors and various committees of the Village Family Service Center.

| Lindsie Schoenack has worked at the University of Mary since June of 2003 as an Adult Learner Counselor in the School of Accelerated & Distance Education Bismarck and online. As of August 2008 she takes on the role of Fargo Area Coordinator, where she will advise undergraduate and graduate students. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Concordia University Wisconsin.
Don Redden is the information technology advisor for the Fargo campus. His responsibilities include meeting with potential students; creating an academic degree plan to fit individual needs, focusing on students' personal strengths; planning attainable scholastic goals; and assisting students to meet the requirements for their MIS degree. He is also the advisor for graduate students in the information technology portion of the MBA, MBM, and eMBA degrees. Redden earned both a CIS degree and MBM - IT from University of Mary, and has has many years of experience in information technology.
Kay Exner is the day office coordinator and has been at University of Mary Fargo Center since 1999. She works closely with the director of School of Accelerated and Distance Education in coordinating communication and consistencies among the 16 sites. She is a native of Casselton, ND, and has a son who lives in Houston, TX. Exner is active in the community serving as an ambassador for the Fargo Moorhead Chamber of Commerce, and on the board of the Boys and Girls Club and on an advising committee at Charism.
