Bachelor's Completion in Management

A Program Designed to Fit Your Unique Needs

The distance education accelerated format has a Web-based curriculum that provides adult learners an opportunity to complete a graduate degree in as few as 15 months, while continuing to work. Adult learners enroll with a cohort and learn from one another as well as the faculty, with immediate application to the workplace. The Web-based curriculum offers flexibility and detailed assignments for each week. Class size is limited to ensure interaction between students and faculty and to maintain high academic standards consistent with the U-Mary.

In a "cohort" format, students earn a Bachelor of Science degree with a group of adult student peers. They will stay with these peers until graduating. This results in strong support, work teams, and makes it possible to develop long-lasting business and personal relationships, even across the miles. The program is designed to recognize your experience, match your career goals, and develop your managerial and leadership skills. The management degree completion program maintains the challenging academic standards consistent with the University of Mary while minimizing scheduling conflicts adults may have with traditional programs.
