Lindsie Schoenack has worked at the University of Mary since June of 2003 as an adult learner counselor in the School of Accelerated and Distance Education. She currently recruits and advises students in both the on-site and online programs. She has a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in human resources from Concordia University Wisconsin.

Erickson has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, Crookston, and is continuing her master's program at the University of Mary.

Alvin Grays joined the staff of University of Mary in December of 2007 as a recruiting assistant in the School of Accelerated and Distance Education. He currently recruits students in the online program. Alvin has a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Science from the University of Mary.
