This course provides students exposure to formal definitions of principles, values, and ethics and how these critical issues relate to health care professions. Students will practice acquired ethical decision-making skills by working in teams to solve ethical dilemmas.

This course allows students to identify and practice collaborative leadership skills important in enhancing patient, co-worker, and employer relationships.
