The Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) provides students professional development opportunities through Professional Skills Seminars. These series of hands-on, for-credit workshops are designed to enhance students' leadership development in a variety of areas not covered in the standard classroom. ELA students pick the topics they would like to learn more about.
