I started with the University of Mary as a course facilitator for the College for Professional Studies (now the School for Accelerated and Distance Education [SADE] program) in Minot and New Town, ND. While a SADE facilitator, I was a business technology instructor for the Burdick Job Corps and freelance writer. I became a full-time faculty member with the Gary Tharaldson School of Business (formerly the Division of Business) in the fall of 2005. I am also the chief leadership officer (CLO) for the Emerging Leaders Academy junior and senior classes in the Harold Schafer Leadership Center.
