| I have served as the program director for exercise science at the University of Mary since 2000. Prior to joining U-Mary, I worked in the area of clinical exercise physiology at the Human Performance Center at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck. I received my Master of Science degree from Ball State University, Muncie, IN, in 1991. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, health, and physical education from Valley City State University and am near completion of a Doctor of Science degree in health promotion and wellness from Rocky Mountain University of Health Promotion.
While completing my graduate studies at Ball State University, I worked and completed an internship in cardiac rehabilitation at Ball Memorial Hospital. Prior to attending graduate school, I taught seventh through 12th grade sciences at Marion, ND, and coached club gymnastics at Valley City, ND.
