I have been a faculty member at the University of Mary since the fall of 1990 and am the acting chair of the Nursing Division, a position I assumed in June of 2006. I am also a student pursuing a doctorate in education with a focus in institutional analysis, and I am currently engaged in researching emotional intelligence as the topic of my dissertation.
