Completion of a Master of Education in Elementary Administration meets the requirements for the Level I Elementary Principal Credential. If seeking a North Dakota Elementary Administration credential, an individual must:
- Hold a valid North Dakota teaching license based on a bachelor's degree with a major (or other appropriate endorsement) in elementary education.
- Have three years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience in elementary schools.
- Have a master's degree.
