This graduate program prepares future business leaders for management positions. The curriculum is an integrated blend of leading-edge research and practice that provides a solid foundation for decision-making to motivate people and move the organization forward.

MGT 503 Management Theory and Applications Application of theories of management to guide and direct people toward the attainment of organizational goals. 3 credits
MGT 578 Management of Global Environment Recognition of the cultural differences that can cause difficulties in management situations. 3 credits
MGT 505 Human Resources Management Analysis of description of jobs, recruitment and selection programs, and appraisal performance. 3 credits
MGT 685 New Ventures Management Creation of new ventures from the recognition of an opportunity to the launching of the enterprise. 3 credits
